January 08 - after a bit of local research, it's owned by Lois - I'm still perplexed as it still makes no sense!

Plate is actually M13 NCT, but has been attempted as:

'M BNET' it has a crafty screw in the C to make it look like an E.

Still means nothing to me!

So what's this then. I assume the 3 is an E - so its meant to spell PERGN - which of couse doesn't exist in the English Dictionary.
